General Update

No updates in a while, and I have brewed 2 big batches that weren’t documented.  I will be posting them in the next few days, as well as a recipe for an Amarillo Wheat I want to brew (shooting for something like 3 Floyd’s Gumball Head).

  1. Cheers man, I have just linked to your blog. Hope to make it to a meeting sometime soon and join the club. Maybe we’ll meet up at another beer fest soon, or at least trade a bottle of homebrew and drink a beer or two.

    I’m about to brew my 4th batch, a hoppy red ale (partial mash). Old guy really got me started right.
